Taunusstr. 17a Bahnhofsviertel, Frankfurt
Very authentic Thai food at reasonable prices. Busy at lunchtimes but well worth the wait.
Together with the Udon in Sachsenhausen the best Thai snack. It is best to pre-order for lunch.
Smart little booth ... and people are queuing up there and the phone is not standing still! The customers range from the banks to the "Hauptbahnhof people". Seems to be known and loved, in ALL LEVELS! Small talk while waiting confirmed this! You feel like you are in Thailand in this 5m² room. Price-performance ratio is unfortunately not in the good range. Food is not so visually appealing. Rice by no means "Thai-worthy" ... somehow tastes more diluted than cooked ... as if I were warming up the rice in the micro with a lot of water in a bowl. The vegetables are very mushy and soft in consistency ... Start crispy and juicy .. Although I eat a lot spicy, I have to say that the spicy is extreme / too much. Colleagues whom I brought something with me during the lunch break were extremely annoyed that they could not eat the food. Female colleagues left it there ... Some taste it ... some don't. I've already tried it four times with some colleagues ... but no chance ... so it wasn't because of the "only one time" Other (few) colleagues, in turn, liked it I'm not coming back
The most authentic Thai in Germany, culinary vacation! In summer you can sit outside and enjoy the charm of Taunus str
Delicious food but only to take away as there is no space.
Very tasty food for a phenomenally low price !! I can only recommend!
Not so nice. Oil from 2 weeks ago and the ducks were soft instead of crispy
Authentic Thai food. Ideal to take away. There is only one snack on site. I'll be back
Delicious recipes.
I really enjoy eating here. Small but nice. Team is very nice too. Always happy.
This hole in the wall is the best place for cheap and authentic Thai cuisine. Everything on the authentic menu is absolutely delicious, many of which I tried here for the first time. The westernized menu is also really good but there are just some dishes like the fried slab of chicken that I don't prefer. Since they are a legitimate Thai restaurant, you have to be mindful of when you ask for "spicy". This spot requires a weekly visit!
Great price / performance ratio
The 1 star is because otherwise you can't write a comment, food was once good but in the last time it often happens that I have to throw half away, service is unfriendly, sometimes they just hang up. And the most blatant thing comes before the people don't deliver the food at all (1 hour before the order closes, since 2 hours they are now closed and the food is still not there
Just great Thai food !!
Lovely people, lovely food ?
Small but oho! Home-style Thai cuisine, not funky but very tasty and, above all, authentic, which in the case of some dishes also means super spicy. Whoever has eaten here with Thais and they were delighted, felt reminded of the cookshops in Thailand. In addition, very friendly staff and reasonable to cheap prices. Oh yeah, and the noodle soup cures hangovers and most diseases, I swear! ;)
Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with the food I picked up today. Pattaya not only gave me the wrong food, but also confirmed when I asked that it was exactly what I ordered. What I got doesn't taste good at all and isn't worth the money either. I ordered beef and got vegetarian with some strange egg mixture instead. A shame and very disappointing. Please always check the contents of your order yourself.
Super delicious food and always fresh! Do not be fooled by the location and the external appearance! You can eat great here!
Very good thai food. We really liked it.
At first a bit shabby looking, tiny snack sort of place. But on the inside you can see the people working there put a lot of care into making actual good food. The atmosphere is friendly and while a bit cluttered, the few standing and sitting tables are sufficiently cosy as to not take away from the eating experience.
Tidjai Basil Shrimp + Fried Egg ??
Long waiting time
Very good food, and here spicy really means spicy if you order it. It is also inexpensive.
Very small, extremely basic, however the food has an authenticity which the German based "Asia Imbiss" catering to a germans idea of "Asian Food" normally do not have. 1 star deduction because I looked into the kitchen. Get a takeaway and enjoy the food ?
Top!
Absolutly delicious and perfectly authentic Thai food! You feel like sitting in a street foof store in Bangkok. The food was absolutely perfect and tasted like in Thailand. Not super clean but that's part of the experience. We absolutely fell in love with this place!
Very authentic and good German conditions of inexpensive Thai, location deters a bit, but definitely recommendable!
One of the most authentic Thai restaurants in town! What a gem
I have never eaten Thai or Chinese so bad. The noodles were the most disgusting thing I've eaten in my life. The star is only for the duck, which was edible. The peanut sauce absolutely didn't taste like peanut but was only spicy ... I am very disappointed.
Hands down the best Thai place in Frankfurt. Authentic "hole in the wall" Thai food. Very reasonably priced too
Love it , the food is delicious !
I do like this place. Lovely food. Be brave and go for the Thai specials
Best and most authentic Thai food in the Bahnhofsviertel area ??
Great place! Delicious food!!! We love all 3 dishes we got. Great price, friendly staff. To go service is very decent and convenient! Outdoor seating is good too. Will come back!
Tipical Thai food, dont miss IT!!
Authentic and delicious thai food
Good food, very delicious and cheap. Very small place, more like a fast food.
Never ever I have seen such a chaotic restaurant. I had to wait for 45 minutes for a mediocre dish. Not worth the wait, not worth the stress and also not worth standing in this small room packed with people. I will not go there again...
Feel like eating in Thailand! Cheap and yummy!
Best thai in Frankfurt. Hawker stall feeling ?
HOT
Small place, but the food is delicious and affordable.
Enjoyable carbonara, only issue is where I sat. When you have a whole financial district watching every piece of noodle being eaten....ooops almost forgot the carbonara sauce you left on your check...hahaha, busy location, good for lunch groups
Authentic Thai food and the prices are fantastic. The place itself is small. Inside the Imbiss there is no seating. There is some seating outside on the street.
Still the best Thai in town
1st real thai kitchen in Town.. it is more a takeaway place but realy good! 108 with beef and egg! The best!
Ok
Perfect fast food
Best Thai in the area!
Great place to eat authentic Thai food for ok prices. Prices range from about 6-10€ per dish. Just 4 stars for the location. The joint is located right next to a heroine junkie place and and at the beginning of the red light district. So if you’re wary of shady people walking by, better don’t go :)
